Lilian Schwich (Germany · ♀) — Her doctoral research and group leadership in battery recycling at RWTH Aachen's IME institute became the basis for cylib, which she co-founded to industrialize a water-based recycling process.
Gideon Schwich (Germany · ♂) — Drawing on his engineering doctorate from RWTH Aachen, he co-founded cylib to scale the lab recycling technology into an industrial process.
Paul Sabarny (Germany · ♂) — An RWTH Aachen-trained engineer, he co-founded cylib to commercialize the university's sustainable battery-recycling research.
