Founders

• Abbey Wemimo (Nigeria · ♂) — Raised in the slums of Lagos before immigrating to Minnesota, where his family fell victim to predatory lending for lacking a credit score, he co-founded Esusu to help renters build credit through on-time rent payment reporting.
• Samir Goel (India · ♂) — The child of New Delhi immigrants who survived in the US without credit or savings, he met Abbey at a Clinton Global Initiative event and co-founded Esusu to close the wealth gap via rent-based credit building.
