Philippe Notton(France · ♂)— While leading a 2,400-engineer division at STMicroelectronics and then the EU-backed European Processor Initiative at Atos, he saw the need for sovereign European chips and spun out SiPearl in 2019 to build high-performance processors for supercomputing and AI.
