Sebastian Siemiatkowski (Sweden · ♂) — Working a sales job at an invoice-finance firm, he saw that merchants wanted guaranteed payment at checkout, and on a sabbatical from Stockholm School of Economics built Kreditor (later Klarna) in 2005 to bring buy-now-pay-later online.
Niklas Adalberth (Sweden · ♂) — Met Siemiatkowski while working at Burger King and studying at Stockholm School of Economics, then co-founded Klarna in 2005 to digitize consumer credit at checkout.
Victor Jacobsson (Sweden · ♂) — Fellow Stockholm School of Economics student recruited by Siemiatkowski to co-found Klarna in 2005 after the school's entrepreneurship competition.
