Maija Itkonen (Finland · ♀) — A Finnish industrial designer and serial alternative-protein founder (creator of Pulled Oats), she co-founded Onego Bio to bring animal-free egg protein to market via precision fermentation.
Christopher Landowski (United States · ♂) — A molecular biologist who spent over 15 years at VTT developing the fungus Trichoderma reesei as a production host, he invented the Bioalbumen technology and co-founded Onego Bio to spin it out.
