Founded in Geneva in 1996 by Neil Rimer, David Rimer and Giuseppe Zocco, growing out of the family bond-trading firm Index Securities. It became Europe's first truly global top-tier venture firm, opening London in 2002 and San Francisco in 2011, and now operates as a dual-HQ transatlantic firm.
